Operating Hours:
Non-Immigrant Visas | Mondays 08:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Visa interview day: by appointment only. After submitting the online application, please click here to request an appointment online. If you have questions not already covered on this website, please send your inquiry by email at DJI-CONS-NIV@state.gov.
| Thursdays 03:00 p.m. to 03:30 p.m. Visa pick-up day. If you need to travel before the visa delivery day and you have good reason to do so, please advise the Consular Officer or staff accordingly, to facilitate an earlier pick-up date. |
Immigrant Visas | Thursdays 08:30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. by appointment only. If you have an inquiry, please submit your request by email at DJI-CONS-IV@state.gov. Please include your name and your case number on the subject line of your message.
| Sundays & Tuesdays 09:00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Walk-in day. Please submit your full name and case number when appearing at the consular window.
