Petitions - Filing in the U.S.

All lawful permanent residents of, and American citizens living in, the United States, who seek to file immigrant visa petitions for immediate relatives, must file I-130 petitions at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) service center having jurisdiction over their place of residence.
