Education and Culture

The Public Diplomacy Section also manages U.S. government administered exchange programs, including the Fulbright Scholarships,the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program and the International Visitor Leadership Program. These programs encourage U.S.-Djiboutian institutional linkages and person-to-person relationships in cultural, professional and educational fields.
